How do I pick up my Meal Kit?

Once you place an order on our website, our farm helpers will reach out to coordinate a pick-up time at the Farm Stand, or delivery to your doorstep!

How does the Meat Share work?

If you order a 20# Meat Share, you receive all 20 pounds at one time! It’s the perfect amount for your small freezer. Have more space? You can always adjust the quantity to receive more than 20 pounds of meat! Please LEAVE a cooler out on your doorstep once delivery is set up. Please BRING a cooler if you are picking up at the Farm Stand.

Are canned goods, eggs, or honey included in the Cold Spring FarM Produce Share?

No, they are not, because a Produce Share simply means vegetables and fruits, and sometimes herbs, too! You can certainly add honey, canned goods, and eggs to your cart before checking out or buy these extra items at the Farm Stand while you’re here! Simply ‘check out’ via the Farm Stand Notebook and pay us via CASH or VENMO (@Jess-Stone-6). If you have an incredibly large order and would like to use your credit card, please give us a call or flag us down if you see us going by (perhaps not if you spot us chasing pigs), have your total ready, and we will grab our fancy phone equipped with credit card app to help you check out! Thanks!

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR YOUR DELIVERY DAY?

Simply leave frozen freezer packs inside the cooler just before you depart and be sure to stage your cooler in a shady place to avoid the sunshine beating down on it. Also, PLEASE be sure you’ve told us where to find your cooler, so we don’t have to spend time searching for it. We don’t want to leave your food out without a cooler and ice packs. *Customer is responsible for providing a cooler and ice packs in a designated location. CSF Delivery Drivers WILL NOT LEAVE THE ORDER WITHOUT THESE ITEMS PRESENT. No refunds given.

How Does the Refer-A-Neighbor program work?

Our Refer-A-Neighbor program is for sharing the bounty with your friends and neighbors! When the folks you refer checkout on the website, have them mention you referred them in the Delivery Instructions box to let us know! Then, both you and your peeps will receive a discount code for FREE DELIVERY on your next farm-fresh purchase!
