What We Raise

Cows, Pigs, Sheep, & Goats

We raise the healthiest, heritage breed animals for meat and milk here on the farm. They roam inside and outside as they choose, have an ample supply of high-on-the-hill well water, They eat their fill of the most delicious pasture grasses, our very own hay, garden greens, food scraps, brewers’ grains, sprouted grains, and so much more!

There’s plenty of fowl here to go around! The happiest birds lay the most delicious eggs! Our peacocks and hens are wonderful protectors on the farm, and our heritage and conservation breeds honor the past and ensure a quality future in agriculture. Our birds eat much the same way as everyone else here on the farm!

Dogs, CATS & KIDS

We can’t leave these beauties out of the mix of diversity here at Cold Spring Farm. The dogs, cats and kids are among the most wonderful blessings of our life and work here on the farm. They greet everyone they meet here at the farm. They contribute to our health and well being, and ensure we’re living the good life! We are one big family, always with the same goals and dreams!
