Plant & Mushroom Foraging Class
Join us at Cold Spring Farm in Colchester, CT on Saturday, March 29th from 10 am to 12 noon to learn how to forage for your own spring plants and mushrooms! This class will be co-taught by founder of eattheplanet.org , Joe Ross and founder of CT Foraging Club, Amy Demers.
Class will consist of a 45-minute lecture where participants will learn how to positively identify and utilize spring plants and mushrooms. We will then go on a 45-minute walk where we will practice plant and mushroom ID.
Tickets are $35 per person. We will run the class rain or shine.

Class Fee Breakdown: $25.00 for instruction; $10.00 for host site and related fees. No refunds are available. The class will take place no matter the weather. Please sign up if you intend to participate as space is limited. Thank you!
