Cuts may include chops, stew meat, bacon, steaks, roasts, kebabs, and ribs. Chicken cuts may include legs, thighs, wings, and half chickens. Ground meats may include loose and linked sausages in flavors such as Breakfast, Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, Chorizo, Merquez, as well as ground beef and pork. No organ meats are included (unless requested).
