A delicious, farm-raised pork shoulder roast (often called a picnic shoulder roast, which makes fantastic pulled pork, by the way!) for your table during the holidays, or any other time! The roast is accompanied by our gourmet potatoes, fresh herbs, onions or leeks (whichever is seasonally available), carrots and beets, cabbage or brussels sprouts, garlic, and either a bag of our hearty winter greens or another delightful salad blend.
